A photographis not a listing.

We merchandise your inventory. Our team captures every vehicle at your dealership, corrects each frame, decodes the VIN, writes the listing copy and publishes the finished listing — the same day. Your staff never touches a file.

The work

Shooting is one
of the four.

Every vendor in this category does the first step. The other three are the ones that put a vehicle in front of a buyer — and they're the ones that stay on your staff's desk when someone hands you a folder.

Step 01At your dealership

Capture

Our team comes to you. Full exterior coverage of the actual vehicle, in its actual condition. No booth, no equipment, no staff time.

Step 02Automated

Correct

Every frame runs through our own pipeline — colour, exposure and sizing, so your entire row looks like one dealership rather than twenty different days.

Step 03Automated

Describe

The VIN is decoded and a unique, spec-accurate description is written for that vehicle. Not a template with the model name swapped in.

Step 04Before noon

Publish

Photos and copy go live on your listings. Nothing lands in a folder for someone to deal with later.

At your dealership at 9:30. Live on your listings by noon. The only step most vendors finish is the first one.

Evidence

Judge the work,
not the pitch.

Two real vehicles, two finishes. Drag either one. The descriptions underneath were written from each vehicle's decoded VIN — nothing typed by hand.

2026 Jeep Cherokee AWD

1.6L 4-cyl210 hpAWD4-door SUV

A 2026 Cherokee with all-wheel drive and the 1.6-litre four making 210 horsepower — figures pulled straight from the VIN rather than guessed from the model name.

Captured at the dealership on an overcast morning and finished with colour correction only. The background is the real lot, the vehicle is in its actual condition, and nothing about the body has been touched.

2023 Lexus IS AWD

3.5L V6260 hpAWD4-door sedan

A 2023 IS with all-wheel drive and the 3.5-litre V6 rated at 260 horsepower. Two vehicles, two descriptions — nothing reused between them, because the specs come from two different VINs.

Same visit, different finish: this one is placed on a clean studio background. The car, its colour and its condition are exactly as captured.

Both finishes are available on any vehicle. Some dealers want the lot; some want the studio look across the whole row. You pick.

The difference

A folder of files
is unfinished work.

The gap between a photo shoot and a live listing is a person at your dealership doing four more jobs. That person is the reason vehicles sit unlisted.

What an imaging vendor hands over
  • A folder of images, or an app your staff has to operate
  • Your team crops, renames and uploads every vehicle
  • Someone still has to write the description
  • Scheduled visits — the vehicle waits for the next one
  • The listing goes live whenever staff gets to it
What merchandising hands over
  • A finished, live listing on your inventory
  • Images corrected, sized and consistent across the row
  • A VIN-accurate description written for that vehicle
  • Booked on demand — we come when the vehicle lands
  • Live the same day, with zero staff hours spent
The case

Dealers already
agree with this.

83%

believe better digital merchandising would raise margins or cut days-to-sell

12%

believe they are already doing enough of it

That 71-point gap is not our claim about your business. It is dealers describing their own. Merchandising is the work almost everyone agrees matters and almost nobody has capacity to do.

How we write

Written to
the rules.

We generate ad copy that goes out under your OMVIC registration. So the rules are built into how it is written, not checked afterwards.

All-in pricingAny advertised price is written as the full price the customer pays.
Used identificationEvery vehicle is identified as a used vehicle in the listing copy.
Past-use disclosureFormer daily rental, police, taxi or emergency-services use is disclosed where it applies.
Spec from VINTrim and equipment come from the decoded VIN, not from a model-name guess.
Your sign-offCopy is yours to approve. Every job keeps a record of what was generated and published.

Condition is never edited. We clean up lighting and backgrounds. We do not remove dents, hide rust, repair glass or alter paint colour. The photo shows the actual vehicle in its actual condition — which is exactly what a buyer, and a regulator, expects.

Questions

Answered
plainly.

How does my inventory get onto my listings?
We publish them for you. Once a vehicle's images are corrected and its description is generated, our team pushes everything directly to your listing platform — whatever system your dealership already uses. You don't upload, export, or move a single file; the next time you look at your listings, the vehicle is live with finished photos and a complete description.
Where do the descriptions come from?
From the vehicle itself. We decode each vehicle's VIN, which gives us the exact build — year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, and factory equipment — and generate a unique, accurate description from those specs. No two vehicles in your inventory get the same copy-paste text, and nothing is invented: every line traces back to what the VIN says the vehicle actually is.
How does pricing work?
One per-vehicle price. Every vehicle we merchandise is corrected, given a unique VIN-accurate description, and published to your listings — all included in that one price. There are no recurring fees and no contracts; you pay for the vehicles we merchandise, the same way you already budget reconditioning per unit. Contact us and we'll quote the rate for your dealership.
What do the first three vehicles include?
Three vehicles merchandised at your dealership, with the finished images and descriptions delivered the same day — free, with no commitment. It's the easiest way to judge our work: put the finished listings next to your current ones and decide for yourself.
Do I need to prepare anything before a visit?
No. Our team captures full exterior coverage right at your dealership, working around your customers and your day — your staff doesn't need to move vehicles, clean them, or set anything up. We just need to know which vehicles are on the list for that visit.
Do you edit the vehicle itself?
No. We correct colour, exposure and lighting, and we can place the vehicle on a clean studio background if you want that look. We never alter the vehicle's condition — no removing dents, hiding rust, repairing glass or changing paint colour. What a buyer sees is the actual vehicle as it sits at your dealership.
Which areas do you serve?
The Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario — including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, and Brampton. If your dealership is outside these areas, ask anyway: our Southern Ontario routes are expanding.
