Toronto is not one market, it's a dozen strips with very different parking, traffic and lot conditions. We route by cluster so the drive doesn't eat the morning.
West end
The Queensway, Weston Road and the Keele and Dufferin corridors. Easy early access off the 401 and the Gardiner, so these lots get the first slots of the day.
East end
Kingston Road, Danforth Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East. We cluster these together on one visit rather than crossing the city twice in a morning.
North
North York along Steeles, Sheppard and Lawrence, and up through the Yonge corridor. Closest to our Thornhill base, so same-day turnaround has the most slack here.
Downtown and inner city
Tight lots with no shooting space are normal downtown. We work the angles the space allows and lean on the studio finish, which needs far less room around the vehicle.
Outside the city line we also cover North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga and Brampton.

My lot is packed and there's nowhere to shoot a car properly.
That's the normal condition on a Toronto lot, especially downtown and along the older strips where the pad is small and every space is filled. We work the angles the space allows, and this is exactly where the studio finish earns its keep — placing the vehicle on a clean background needs far less clearance around it than a lot shot does. We don't need you to move six cars to make room.
What happens in winter, or when it rains?
We still come. Toronto gives you flat grey light and wet pavement for a good part of the year, and correction is built for exactly that — the Jeep above was captured in the rain. What we won't do is pretend the vehicle is cleaner or drier than it is; if a vehicle is genuinely too filthy to represent honestly, we'll tell you and shoot it next visit.
Can you get to us before the sales floor opens?
Usually, yes. Early slots are the most requested in the city because they clear before the lot fills with customer traffic, and because they beat the Gardiner and the 401. Lots in the north end and along the west-end corridors are easiest to book early; east-end lots we tend to cluster on the same morning.
Do you work with multiple rooftops in the city?
Yes, and it's the best case for our routing. Two or three lots close together on one morning is cheaper for us to serve than one lot on its own, and that shows up in your per-vehicle rate. If you run more than one Toronto rooftop, say so when you ask for a quote.
How much of my staff's time does this take?
Effectively none. We need a list of which vehicles to capture and access to the lot. Nobody has to move vehicles, clean them, stage anything, upload files or write copy. The next time your team looks at the listings, the vehicles are live.
